Taxpayers should use new software for reporting … – ABC Color

Starting next year, 11,600 agents information from the Department of State Taxation (SET) must use the new software Hechauka to present the details of its operations, according to a report released yesterday by the entity.

The SET issued Resolution No. 48/14, by which regulates the integrated information gathering Hechauka-Version 3.0.0 system.

Explain that this new computer tool intended to facilitate taxpayer compliance with the legal duty to provide, by way of affidavit, all elements and data enabling better management and control of taxes.

adds that, under the rules, transactions performed from January next year should be reported in accordance with the details required by the Treasury, which refer to purchases and sales; export operations; the inventory of assets and the financial statements, as well as deductions made.

The SET adds that 11,600 agents information which currently must submit details of their operations through the new software Hechauka from 2015, must see due dates, which exceptionally were fixed by management to allow adequacy of systems of taxpayers.

The report states that the affidavits information for the May 2015 onwards will be presented to the next month fiscal period reported.

Also clarifies that the declarations for November and December 2014 shall be submitted in January and February 2015, respectively, using the Current version of Hechauka.
