The Commission motorcycling Grand Prix in 2014 approved a new technical regulation that goes into effect in 2016 in the premier class and requires the use of an electronic control unit and a single software for all competing teams.
According to the regulations, all current and potential participants in the MotoGP class have collaborated and collaborate to assist in the design and development of software for the electronic control of the championship.
