Solution: “Error processing” in software update – Androidphoria (blog)

Yesterday, when I started to update my Samsung tablet jumped an error before proceeding to checkout “ Error process “. Apparently, after some research the source of the problem, it is a common misconception in some Galaxy S2, Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Samsung Galaxy Tab and even some other devices not Samsung but … how we solve it?

Normally, the error “Error processing” jumps when we go to Accept Responsibility Agreement before checking software updates and can even leave after updating the software correctly.

Obviously, as many errors can be fixed easily or form of a slightly more complicated way. We know that when you do hard reset this problem is solved but before that we are going to give you two methods that could help fix it without the need to lose all data on the device .

• Go to Application Manager .
• Search the all tab.
• You’ll usually find two applications as Update software / strong> and Software Update .
• Go to, delete data from both, enter them and click Clear information and repeat the process with the other.

Once these applications data error should be addressed in most cases deleted. Make sure also, for more security, you have closed the application before anything so that data does not accumulate in some kind of ghost memory

If that does not work you’ll have to go for the second, reset the device to factory settings from your phone or tablet, you’ll lose everything but you’ll need to resort to hard reset is a little more complex in terms of command but is not required to know anything to do.

If this method works, you may go to the first solution, do a hard reset of the device. However, this method will solve those devices that are in “official” status in the rooted devices, devices with modified rooms, etc. It is completely normal that updates OTA fail in this case you can use the comments and also try to help .
