A simple message like the one above is the “Rethink” application sends its users when they write offensive content on social networks and have an effectiveness of 93%, as revealed by its young designer.
Trishea Prabhu , now 15, created the program when he was only 13 to try diminish the effects of bullying in adolescents .
After reading stories in the media of young people suffering from cyberbullying, Trishea devised a system to alert their peers when they are being offensive.
The result is” Rethink “software that scans messages on social networks and offers the poster modify them if it detects offensive content.
