The Government should give priority to the development of the domestic software industry. Before the economic crisis in the country, this industry presents insurmountable competitive advantages. No demand large amounts of currency. Promotes national talent. Do not pollute. It does not require large investments. Create good-paying jobs and can generate significant and increasing foreign exchange earnings from exports.
