IBS Software, a leading IT solutions provider to the global aviation sector, signed a contract with Lufthansa for replacement of their legacy applications for crew management

note that IBS was selected after a rigorous evaluation process and now its application iFlight Crew will replace the legacy application based on Unisys that Lufthansa has been using for the past 30 years, after that the contract was officially signed by Dr. Roland Schütz, CIO of Lufthansa and VK Mathews, CEO of IBS Group.

As part of this implementation, more than 40 interfaces arrival / departure which will help in the preparation work crew lists, schedule crews, logging crews and hotel and transportation will be established for crews by providing a continuous flow of data applications already exist for crew management.
