Siemens buys the business simulation software CD-adapco … – Yahoo Finance Spain

MADRID, 26 (EUROPA PRESS)

Siemens has signed an agreement to purchase the US company simulation software CD-adapco 970 million dollars (896.2 million euros).

By buying this company, which employs 900 employees, Siemens achieved “expand” its portfolio in the segment of software for industry , has informed the company in a statement.
