Seek to improve software management under tax regulations – The Universal


  To promote corporate management software the assets attached to current tax regulations, Mexican institutes of Industrial Property (IMPI) and Chartered Accountants (MIPA), and The Software Alliance BSA-Mexico endorsed the agreement collaboration that since 2011.
 


 


 With this initiative, the signers among organizations seeking to promote better financial and accounting from the revision of the rules on intellectual property and intangible assets such as technology practices.
 


 


 The agreement considers that the software is enterprise resource representing advantages for businesses and their use should be documented in the accounting and financial statements of organizations.
 


 


 Among other objectives, the agreement includes promoting the productive sector between the adoption of systems management software for transparent the legality of their computing platforms and ensure their competitiveness against businesses that make use of rogue software.
 


 


 This year, the IMPI, the MIPA and BSA are intended to broaden the scope of their collaboration through targeted campaigns that taught in different places of the country.
 


 


 According to studies conducted worldwide by the BSA, from 2005-2013 Mexico reduced from 65-54 percent illegal use of software behavior, in part, that is because the strategies implemented by organizations engaged in combat.
