This Fourth of September a gathering of programmers who seek to find a solution proposal in the software field to mitigate the effects of El Niño be made. The event will be hosted by the University of Engineering and Technology (UTEC)
CAN SEE:. El Niño could affect 16,000 schools around the country
This is the first ‘hackathon’ of that university, which is in search of technological and engineering projects. The event expected to gather more than 200 people , including students, programmers and researchers.
The ‘hackathon’ will be held on the campus of UTEC located at Barranco from 7:00 p. m. September 4. Attendees will open data access, technical assistance and mentoring of international experts in programming.
Those who wish to register may do so free of charge until 2 September, through Joinnus.com platform. The proposed solution resulting winner will be awarded the possibility of UTEC Ventures throttle and apply them to the Startup Peru competitive grants program of the Ministry of Production
