The original product Easy Access, which was conceived in 2012 to start commercial operations a year later, as a whole involves recruiting software, hardware, personnel and advice.
From what the new proposal is to simplify the management of customer corporate parties and events, their small size, it was not wise to hire the original service that provides easy access.
The company director Alvaro Perez Silvera said that what they sell is a service, which served to stay in touch with clients and meet their needs. So was it detected a lack, and defined a product that could meet that need.
Easy Access is a technology and marketing tool that allows real-time monitoring of participants of events during the three stages of it: before, during and after the event
What the new product is it?
As conceived in Easy Access, is a management software the relationship with customers (CRM, for its acronym in English), but plan for events.Basically three steps the customer can set starting your event, download the applications to check in and manage the event without the direct intervention of Easy Access.
“Today we are in beta (first complete version of the software), with more than 15 companies using it. The idea is that sailing to see what they will looking tool, and although the system is the same will be adding functionality that arise as necessary, “said Perez Silvera.
The aim of the software is to generate value for the marketing department so that it becomes an indispensable tool for event organizers, they said at the startup.
While they have yet to be defined as the nominative distinction between hiring the service supported in software, or software as a single product, the idea that they are now dealing with a communications agency is to maintain Easy Access name of the service as a whole and give a different name to the software product alone, but in terms of computer design both maintain the same conceptual line.
The arrival in Paraguay
Since the venture began the philosophy of its founder, Alvaro Perez and Juan Pablo Conde, was internationalize their products. After achieving stabilize the system in Uruguay, in November it began operating Easy Access Paraguay in franchise mode. It was acquired by James Fedele, a Uruguayan living in that country.
The presence of several Uruguayan companies in the Paraguayan market, supported by the portfolio in Uruguay has already enabled the company to cross customers and has opened doors when networking.
“Paraguay is the first step that will give us projection and then jump to other countries. Our expectation is that the lessons learned from this experience allows us to replicate the model in other countries in the region where we already have deals several companies that want to exploit the brand. We plan to have at least three more franchises for 2016, “concluded Perez Silvera.
