Axis video surveillance software developed in South America – CIO Latin America

A total of 640 companies in South America offer products from Axis Communications, the company of Swedish origin, manufacturer video surveillance. The growth represents an average of almost 14 new resales each week, which underpins the market interest in electronic security solutions of high quality.

In addition, the company encouraged its partners to develop analytical software that They are integrated with smart cameras to create business intelligence tools and solve common challenges in different sectors. This yielded results in the incorporation in the region of 20 new software partners, in addition to the 50 that were already partners of the company.

Among the Spanish-speaking countries , Peru registered a total of 96 new companies in the channel program. During 2015, 78 companies in Colombia and 76 in Argentina have joined forces with the Axis network resales. Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Ecuador also registered new partners.

The admission of new members to the channel network came amid a continuing effort to educate and train the market, as many of the new companies had no experience in the field of digital video surveillance or IP.
