MWC2016 – Indra signed new contracts with the Brazilian operator Vivo (Telefónica) covering the provision of services software testing and integration with GVT through systems enterprise resource planning (ERP) from SAP.

in terms of ‘testing’, the agreement will run for four years and involves the implementation of application testing and implementation and integration of solutions to improve customer service by monitoring tools and automation.

Indra will support from the Labs Software has in the Brazilian cities of Campinas and Goiania and area of ‘outsourcing’ with a model of own service that will operate 24 hours a day.

with regard to integration with GVT, Indra will work on the integration of all processes based on SAP, including implementation ERP in order to “simplify system architecture and adopt a single management platform.”

Vivo leads the Brazilian market in number of customers, with 103 million. Currently, the company has the largest 3G and 4G networks in the country, with presence in 3,400 municipalities and 183, respectively.
