in the framework of judicial modernization, the software “System experts” will measure, through technology, the work done by accountants, who asked the judge in charge of calculating debts for pensions, social benefits defaults, Time Compensation Services (CTS), liquidations, default interest, among others.
This virtual platform, which will be connected to the Integrated Judicial (SIJ) system, record the time the specialist takes charge of the judicial inquiry, which will be known if the skill takes longer than usual, thus avoiding the “bottlenecks” that threaten the agile administration of justice.
in addition, it allows direct communication between judges and experts, avoiding the use of paper and the transfer of documents for these acts .
“the software will allow labor lawsuits are resolved more quickly and opportunity, to avoid delays in the delivery of expert opinions,” said Ramiro De Valdivia Cano, president of the Institutional Technical Team Implementation new Procedure Act Work (NLPT) and promoter of the project approved by the CEPJ.
the Judiciary said the new computer system, which had been operating as a pilot in the judicial districts in southern Lima and Callao, will implemented in 23 courts applying the NLPT.
This installation phase, which includes the training of judges, experts, court staff and iT staff, will end on 21 July.
