the survey, sent by the CESSI to iProfesional, also measured the expectations for 2016 , and revealed that businesses expect employment growth of 8.9%, which implies the creation of 7,000 new jobs, total sales of 36.2% in pesos and 18.9% of exports in dollars.

in 2015, spending on human resources continue to be about three-quarters of the total cost they incur on average software companies (73%).

the most demanded technical profile was the application developer with more than 70%, while since presented more difficulties when being covered was the solution architect , with more than 80% .

investing in research, development and innovation (R + D + i) increased 20% over 2014, confirming this type of investment as the most impact to achieve a differential value of the offer in software companies.

regarding exports, United States remains the main destination, where they came from 50.5% of revenues from abroad, followed by Uruguay and Mexico .

the most demanded activity was the development of software, which accounted for 62%, and in relation to industries, 30.5% were software and iT services, 21% financial services, and 10.2% to trade., among others
