The Spanish company Prinex, specializing in real estate management software, has been one of the companies present in the “Business Meeting on Business Opportunities and Investment in Panama”.
On the occasion the visit to Spain by the Minister of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Panama, Augusto Arosemena Moreno, this meeting was organized by the Agency for Investment Promotion Panama (Proinvex), the Embassy of the Republic of Panama in Spain, the Secretariat State of Government Commerce Spain, the Chamber of Commerce of Spain and the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE).
The Minister stressed “legal certainty and stability are foreign companies in Panama.” According to data presented by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, there are currently 24 bilateral agreements signed between Panama and Spain and 104 Spanish companies operating in the country.
Prinex is present in Panama since 2013. Its Corporate Director Alberto Fernandez-Aller, stressed during this meeting facility has meant for the company converted from Panama into a hub for Latin America.
“Prinex works with developers, builders and investors from different countries in Latin America. We are grateful for the great reception we have had in Panama and we believe has been a success settle there. The country is a real reference and experience of these early years has been very positive, “says Fernández-Aller.
Indeed, among the many reforms that are currently underway in the country, the Minister Arosemena has SEM stressed the Act as a pillar of growth of the economy: “the SEM Act has tax and employment benefits to attract multinational companies and has so far more than 5,000 places of employment”
