The Eleventh National Congress of Free Software (CNSL) continues its tour of the country, bringing about the benefits of the use and implementation of programs open to organizations, individuals and citizenship code. The next town to receive it is Guatamare, in the state of Nueva Esparta, on 19 and 20 June.
In an interview with Conatel, Juan Guerra, regional organizer of the event, he explained that it is the second time the entity participates in Congress activity “serves as an impetus for the Free Software community, enabling them to learn about the initiatives that exist in the country, thus rescue technological sovereignty, with the use of these tools.”
Among the papers of the meeting include: Awareness Irreverent for a country Conscious use of GNU / Linux for Music, why use free hardware as a development platform ?, FAQ for New Users, learn code, Hacking Applications Python and Reverse Engineering, Programming beyond the Academy, Web Programming Electronics, among others.
Guerra said that the activity has the support of the National Institute of Socialist Education and Training (Inces) Territorial Unit of the Ministry of Popular Power for Higher Education, Science and Technology (Mppeuct) and the Universidad de Oriente (UDO), and invited those wishing to participate in the Congress to approach the auditorium of the UDO, core Nueva Esparta.
Since last April 10 CNSL has toured nine cities providing the experiences of the use of free tools to the general public. The next venues of the conference will be the Falcon, Merida, Monagas, Zulia and the Capital District states.
