Cochabamba will host the “First International Community Radio and Free Software” which will be attended by over 100 representatives from radios Community of several Spanish-speaking countries, including Argentina, Peru, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Colombia, Venezuela, Chile, Paraguay and of course the host. Attendees will have access to various lectures, forums and workshops softwares like GET, Shamatari, Ardour, Audacity, Radit, Rivendell, in addition to workshops Guarango protocols such as Creative Commons and other activities.

Among the speakers at the meeting will be on Javier Obregon (Argentina), Jaime Mora (Venezuela), Loreta Bravo (Mexico), Charles Escobar (Ecuador), Clara Robayo (Ecuador) and Santiago Garcia (Guatemala).

Legislative Initiatives
