LOS ANGELES, UNITED STATES (27 / MAY / 2015) .- A recently discovered bug in the software Apple can make iPhones mysteriously shut down when receiving a text message.

Apple said it is aware of the problem and are looking for a solution. But some wags have already begun to share information about the error in social networks and are using it to stop working the phone from their victims.

The problem occurs when a iPhone receives a message with a number of characters, including some in Arabic, according to several technology blogs. When an iPhone is not in use, typically it shows a shortened version of the message on the lock screen of your phone. Apparently the limited character combination makes the cell stop working.

The affected phones are restarted automatically. Homeowners can avoid the problem by turning off previews messages in the phone settings.
