Some time ago was not very common to link a brand lighting or appliances to medical terms, as the continuous cycle of health, or use techniques of hospital slang words such as “healthcare” “informatics” or “personal health solutions”.
This is the consolidation of the new “focus” of Philips after the Dutch company announced the separation of its divisions lighting, on the one hand, and consumption and lifestyle and health care, on the other. The change will come into effect in 2016 worldwide, including in the attractive Peruvian market.

“There are opportunities to agreements with private hospitals and governments,” says De Jong. Peru

We are working in both software and hardware to improve the quality and lower the cost. It is possible to do both at the same time, “says the CEO regional Philips.

De Jong notes that the objective of Philips in Peru is providing technology to solve real problems between Peruvian population. In the consumer area, Philips has been linked to healthy eating with innovative products as an appliance that allows oil-free cooking fries. “Our projection for this year is to maintain the growth that we had in 2014, that is, have the highest rate of one digit,” says the executive.
