The eleventh edition of FLISOL (Flisol) was last held in the canton La Concordia, in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas , west of Ecuador.

The Flisol is present in 20 countries in Latin America and Ecuador has allies in Quito, Guayaquil, Esmeraldas, Guaranda, Tena and La Concordia.
